EROTIC BY NATURE

Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase and participation in Erotic by Nature (the “Program”), provided by Bloom with Nadine LLC (“Bloom with Nadine,” “Nadine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing the Program, submitting payment, or checking the box confirming your agreement to these Terms, you (“you,” “Participant,” or “Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or participate in the Program.

1. THE PROGRAM

Erotic by Nature is a six-week educational and experiential group program designed to support Participants in developing greater embodied awareness, connection with desire, sensation, pleasure, self-trust, and personal aliveness.

The Program includes:

- Six live group calls

- Guided embodiment practices, teachings, experiential exercises, and integration within those live calls

- A private Telegram community

- Access to recordings of the live calls for at least six months

The specific dates, times, format, investment, and inclusions presented at checkout form part of your agreement with us.

The Program is educational and experiential in nature. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical care, diagnosis, or emergency mental-health support.

This Program is intended for participants who are at least 18 years of age. By purchasing or participating in the Program, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly accept enrollment from anyone under 18, and we reserve the right to remove any participant found not to meet this requirement, without refund, except where required by applicable law.

2. PROGRAM TERM

The Program runs for approximately six weeks according to the schedule presented at checkout.

The dates and times of live calls may be reasonably adjusted when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any schedule changes to Participants.

Access to recordings will remain available for at least six months from the date specified at checkout, subject to the availability of the technology and platforms used to deliver the Program.

Certain provisions of these Terms, including provisions concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution, survive the conclusion of the Program.

3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE PROGRAM IS APPROPRIATE FOR YOU

By enrolling, you affirm that you have considered whether an experiential group program involving embodiment, self-inquiry, personal development, desire, pleasure, vulnerability, and emotional exploration is appropriate for your current circumstances.

You are responsible for determining whether you are sufficiently physically, mentally, and emotionally prepared to participate.

You agree to take responsibility for your own wellbeing throughout the Program and to seek appropriate professional support whenever necessary.

If you are currently experiencing a mental-health crisis, acute psychiatric symptoms, active suicidal or homicidal thoughts, severe substance-related instability, or another circumstance that may make participation in an experiential group program inappropriate or unsafe, you should seek appropriate professional care rather than relying on this Program.

Nadine does not diagnose, assess, or determine whether you are medically or psychologically fit to participate.

You are responsible for consulting an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when you have questions about whether participation is appropriate for you.

4. EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENTIAL DISCLAIMER

The Program is provided for general educational and informational purposes.

The Program does not provide:

- Psychotherapy or counseling

- Psychiatric treatment

- Medical diagnosis or treatment

- Crisis intervention

- Medical advice

- Individualized mental-health treatment

- Emergency services

Nothing presented within the Program should be interpreted as medical or mental-health advice or as a substitute for professional care.

You remain solely responsible for your healthcare decisions and for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.

5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You understand that your experience and results are influenced by many factors, including your participation, engagement, circumstances, choices, and application of what you learn.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, boundaries, relationships, emotional responses, and use of information provided through the Program.

Nadine may provide education, perspective, practices, and guidance, but you remain responsible for deciding what is appropriate for you.

You may decline, modify, pause, or discontinue any exercise or practice at any time.

You agree to use your own judgment and discernment throughout the Program.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

No specific outcome or transformation is guaranteed.

This includes, without limitation, any particular change in your emotional experience, relationships, confidence, desire, pleasure, embodiment, self-trust, communication, boundaries, or personal circumstances.

Testimonials and examples of Participant experiences represent individual experiences and are not promises or guarantees of what you will experience.

Your experience will be unique to you.

7. PARTICIPATION AND PROGRAM MATERIALS

You understand that meaningful participation in the Program is your responsibility.

You are encouraged to attend the live calls, engage with the community, practice what you learn, and revisit the recordings when useful.

However, you are not required to participate in any particular exercise.

Failure to attend live calls, watch recordings, participate in the community, or complete any suggested practices does not create a right to a refund, credit, or cancellation of payment obligations, except where required by applicable law.

8. PAYMENT

By purchasing the Program, you agree to pay the full purchase price selected at checkout.

If you select a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.

Your obligation to complete a payment plan does not depend upon your attendance, participation, completion of the Program, or continued use of the Program materials, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the payment schedule.

If a payment fails, you agree to promptly update your payment information and resolve the outstanding payment.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Program and/or community if payments remain outstanding, while retaining any rights available to us to collect amounts legally owed.

9. NO REFUNDS

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, credits, transfers, or partial refunds because of a change of mind, change in circumstances, financial circumstances, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend live calls, failure to complete the Program, dissatisfaction with the Program, or inability or unwillingness to participate.

This policy applies to all purchases except where a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Please review the Program details, dates, investment, inclusions, and these Terms carefully before purchasing.

10. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.

Where applicable law provides a statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer right, that right remains available to you to the extent required by law.

Where applicable law permits digital content or services to begin during a statutory withdrawal period, you may be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the applicable legal consequences of doing so.

11. LIVE CALLS AND RECORDINGS

The live calls may be recorded for the benefit of Program Participants.

By participating in a recorded call, you understand that your voice, image, name, comments, questions, or other contributions may appear in the recording.

You may choose not to share personal information or participate verbally during a recorded call.

Recordings will be made available to Participants for the access period stated at checkout.

You may not download, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or publicly share recordings except for your own personal use as permitted through your Program access.

12. COMMUNITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

The Program may include a private Telegram community for Participant connection, reflection, questions, celebration, and support.

You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other Participants.

You may not share, publish, screenshot, forward, record, or reproduce another Participant's personal disclosures, messages, images, identifying information, or experiences without their express permission.

Please use your own discretion regarding what personal information you choose to disclose in a group environment.

Although we ask all Participants to respect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that other Participants will do so.

12A. MARKETING & TESTIMONIAL PERMISSION

By participating in the Program, you grant Bloom with Nadine LLC permission to capture and use screenshots of your written reflections, feedback, testimonials, comments, or other voluntary communications shared with Nadine or within the Program community for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes.

We will share these screenshots anonymously by default and will not publicly identify you by name, social-media handle, photograph, or other identifying information unless you separately give us permission to do so.

You understand that screenshots may be edited for length, formatting, spelling, or clarity, provided that the meaning of your original words is not materially changed.

You retain ownership of your original words and communications. This permission allows Bloom with Nadine LLC to use them for the purposes described above without additional compensation.

If you voluntarily provide a testimonial specifically for use with your name or identifying information, or expressly give us permission to identify you, we may use the testimonial with the identifying information you have authorized.

You are never required to provide a testimonial or reflection for marketing purposes, and your decision not to provide one will not affect your access to or participation in the Program.

13. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

You agree to participate respectfully and responsibly.

You may not use the Program, live calls, community, or related communication channels to harass, threaten, intimidate, discriminate against, exploit, solicit, or otherwise harm Nadine or another Participant.

You may not engage in unwanted personal, romantic, or sexual communication with Nadine or another Participant through the Program.

We reserve the right to remove a Participant from the Program or community if their conduct is disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, exploitative, or otherwise incompatible with maintaining a respectful environment.

Removal for misconduct does not create a right to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

14. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

The Program may be delivered through third-party platforms including Zoom, Telegram, email, payment processors, scheduling systems, course-hosting platforms, or other technology providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, technical failures, changes, limitations, or loss of access caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to substitute a reasonably comparable platform or method of delivery when necessary.

You voluntarily choose to participate.

You are responsible for monitoring your own experience and deciding whether to continue, modify, pause, or stop any practice.

If you experience distress that exceeds what you feel able to manage safely within the context of the Program, you agree to seek appropriate professional support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bloom with Nadine LLC, Nadine Hamilton, and their contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in the Program.

This includes claims relating to personal decisions, relationships, emotional experiences, physical or psychological responses, financial decisions, or other outcomes associated with participation in the Program.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloom with Nadine LLC, Nadine Hamilton, and their contractors and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of Program materials, or unlawful or harmful conduct toward another Participant or third party.

20. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Program or community if you materially violate these Terms or engage in conduct that threatens the safety, privacy, or wellbeing of Nadine or another Participant.

Termination does not release you from payment obligations that have already become due, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

No refund will be provided following termination for violation of these Terms, except where required by applicable law.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before initiating formal legal proceedings concerning the Program, you agree to first contact Bloom with Nadine LLC in writing and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally and in good faith.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, any legal action relating to these Terms or the Program shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of New Jersey, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws or jurisdictional rights that apply to you.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

23. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
